Shipping & returns

Orders are shipped to our clinic and can be picked up normally within one to two business days. Please Inspect Your Order Immediately.

ALL SALES FINAL. We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where a shipment is considered to have a product defective or damaged, you should promptly contact the clinic at 204-255-8811 with details of the products and defect/damage.

If the clinic is not contacted within 4 business days a 25% restocking fee will be added in order to exchange the product.

All food products (excluding treats) are 100% guaranteed by our partner food companies and CAN only be returned for the following reasons. Treats may have a different defective returns policy per vendor.

1. QUALITY-there is a problem with the quality of the product. 
2. SAFETY- if a bag is opened or the product is defective.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING TO BE CONSIDERED FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN.

IF NOT IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING THE ITEM WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED/RETURNED.
